faulty heating locked windows

The heating didn't work until i asked reception to turn it on, that was annoying. also, the windows were locked shut. What if there was a fire?! so many kids were running around late at night in the bar and around the hotel. It was very noisy.

The room was very comfy and tidy. The hotel offered a shuttle service to the airport. It cost €3 each way. I found the staff at reception very friendly and helpful. They sorted out my early check-in request without delay.

friendly staff clean room convenient access

I found the staff friendly upon arrival. the room was clean. The shower was refreshing. access to dublin is convenient via the swords express bus, located just across from the hotel. i made sure to have cash ready for the bus. It cost 9 euro 60 cents for two adult single journeys into the city centre.

cramped room non-functional remote

The location suited the early morning flight I had planned the next day and it was adequate.

The room felt quite cramped I had to maneuver carefully to avoid bumping into furniture the TV remote did not function at all I tried replacing the batteries but that did not solve the issue either so no entertainment.

broken wifi non-functional phone

the staff helped me leave my luggage until the afternoon. it was useful to take their bus to and from the airport.

The wifi did not work in my room. i needed it to do some work. the room phone also did not work. This made contacting reception difficult.
